We believe YOUTH HOLDS INCREDIBLE POWER TO BRING SOLUTIONS TO CHALLENGES- education, health outcomes, technology, environment, social and cultural perspectives. `You need a lot of life experience to be a changemaker`.... here we have a contrary assumption that an individual with creative energy, and fresh perspective has an incredible power for unlocking solutions to bring about a change that might be an iconoclast of the popular status quo. Mugdha's Initiative works with young changemakers, guiding them on their journey.
There may occur too many blockages and hindrances to change the status quo-It is our personal experience that initially, changemaking can feel lonely. For this reason, we don’t march alone. Our trailblazing crusade comprises our students who are the natural changemakers, volunteers who offer us a helping hand & collaborators who provide their experience and expertise....
As we develop any idea, we are on the lookout for people who bring different perspectives and skills in addition to shared values and the goals we are striving towards.

Help Other People
Sensitizing children of their world`s social, cultural and environmental whereabouts is one of the primary mottos of Mugdha`s Initiative.
After their visits to these centres, we found our children showing enhanced care and concerns for the under privileged.... lessons of coexistence and empathy learnt well.
Mugdha`s Initiative is taking a radically new, uncharted approach through the Kala- Aakar programme, giving a strong foundation to humanity by inculcating sensitivity in our children about environmental and social issues, and challenging the status quo to initiate the change that is required for our better future.

Waste No Food`, says my 6 years old daughter to me, quoting an example of how our domestic help readily & happily takes the left-over noodles from last night's dinner. It is overwhelming to find the age-old value shining in her.....she attends Mugdha`s Initiative Kala- Aakar-shaping tomorrow program.

When generations work together, it unlocks greater problems-Young changemakers understands the problem easily when explained with the right example and organisations such as this generates empathy and courage to accept the mistakes and initiate to bring about a change.
